Watch and Talk is taking a modern approach to language learning and trying to do things differently – an language school with a startup twist, if you will. We are always on the look out for talented teachers who are passionate about creating lessons and can use real-life material, like video for example, which captures students’ imagination and interest so they want to get involved, Headway addicts need not apply!

You can see from the style of the classes featured here what we are talking about but some of the other key points on how we are different, are:
• We only deal with classes for adults- no children or, heaven forbid, teenagers
• The focus in on speaking and listening/watching with as few grammar and gap-fill exercises in the classroom as possible
• We want to enable teachers to earn more by paying bonuses for completing courses, having a low-drop out rate, getting good class feedback, for example
Watch and Talk would like to work with teaching professionals who:
• have at least three years’ experience a CELTA (or equivalent) certificate have at least a “reasonable” level of Spanish are autonomo (or are at least thinking about it)
Apart from the paperwork side of things, it’s also important to have professionals who believe in our common philosophy, that is:
“Making things interesting and dynamic is the key to success in language learning”
